Role Summary
The Communications Business Partner – Korea will lead end-to-end communications across the Korea market, ensuring clear, impactful, and business-aligned messaging. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring someone who can operate independently, manage complexity, and deliver outcomes with speed and discipline. The role partners closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and functional teams to develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business priorities, ensuring consistency with global messaging while adapting to local needs. Responsibilities span internal and external communications, executive messaging, employee engagement, media relations, and corporate reputation. This is not a coordination role and requires full ownership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver results consistently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end communications strategy for Korea aligned with business objectives
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on executive messaging, employee engagement, and reputation management
Manage internal and external communications, including media relations, corporate announcements, and leadership communication
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to define communication priorities and drive alignment across teams
Develop clear, structured, and compelling messaging tailored to different audiences and platforms
Simplify complex topics into relevant and impactful communication for both internal and external stakeholders
Support leadership in managing sensitive communication topics, issues, and reputational risks with sound judgment
Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal campaigns, and leadership communication programs
Collaborate with regional and global teams to align messaging and ensure consistency with global communication strategies
Manage digital communication channels, including internal platforms and social media, ensuring relevance and engagement
Support and execute social impact and CSR-related communication initiatives within the Korea market
Track communication effectiveness using dashboards, metrics, and reporting; provide regular updates to leadership
Drive continuous improvement in communication strategies based on insights, feedback, and performance data

Qualifications & Experience
+10–12 years of experience in Communications or Marketing roles
Experience working in an international, matrix environment
Strong background in:
Corporate communications
Internal communications
Media relations and public relations
Executive and leadership communications
Crisis and reputation management
Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders
Strong track record of delivering communication outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
