Mission 1: Product Strategy & Category Management
Develop and implement product strategies for the assigned category in alignment with brand objectives, business goals, and market opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insight studies to identify growth opportunities and support business decision-making.
Monitor category performance and recommend actions to maximize sales, profitability, and market share.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept development to launch and discontinuation.
Mission 2: Product Launch & Portfolio Management
Lead the planning and execution of new product launches in collaboration with Global/APAC and cross-functional teams.
Ensure timely product registration, forecasting, importation, and launch readiness through close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and Retail teams.
Monitor product performance and recommend portfolio optimization actions, including SKU rationalization and product discontinuation.
Collect and share launch performance feedback and market insights with Global and APAC stakeholders.
Mission 3: Marketing & Campaign Management
Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns across Digital, Retail, CRM, PR, Influencer, and Trade Marketing channels.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across all consumer touchpoints.
Develop marketing materials, including digital assets, campaign toolkits, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.
Mission 4: Inventory Management & Forecasting
Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and inventory plans.
Monitor product availability and proactively identify risks related to stock-outs, excess inventory, and obsolete stock.
Recommend corrective actions to optimize inventory health and support business growth.
Regularly review forecast accuracy and implement improvements where necessary.
Mission 5: Business Analysis & Performance Monitoring
Analyze sales performance, category trends, campaign effectiveness, and consumer feedback to identify business opportunities.
Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for management and key stakeholders.
Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
Support annual business planning and forecasting processes.
Mission 6: Budget & Cost Management
Manage assigned marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor marketing expenditures and campaign investments to maximize cost efficiency and ROI.
Track budget performance and provide regular updates to the Marketing Director.
Work closely with vendors and agencies to secure cost-effective solutions and optimize spending.
Mission 7: Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Retail, Regulatory Affairs, Demand Planning, Supply Chain.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of product launches and marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with external agencies and partners while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives assigned by the Marketing Director.
