- Workplace Inspection & Risk Management: Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards and track corrective actions. Manage Risk Assessments, near-miss reporting, and Emergency Response Drills to prevent workplace accidents.
- Occupational Health & Hygiene Management: Manage employee health surveillance and counseling; oversee administrative tasks for work environment monitoring and health programs to ensure a healthy workspace.
- Environmental Management & Licensing: Manage environmental licensing and reporting; manage legal waste disposal processes. Manage data collection and reporting for the corporate Sustainability Report (ESG).
- Chemical Management: Execute licensing and reporting for chemical usage; Manage up-to-date MSDS and oversee onsite management to prevent chemical accidents.
- Subcontractor Safety & Health Management: Support reviewing subcontractor safety documentation and conduct regular safety audits. Support semi-annual safety document inspections and safety committees while ensuring compliance during onsite activities.
- SHE Training & Safety Culture Excellence: Manage mandatory safety training programs and design internal campaigns to promote and embed a robust safety culture across the organization.
- Audit & Certification Management: Support the maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications. Lead responses to customer SHE audits and execute reporting for corrective actions.
- Facility & Fire Safety Management: Monitor safety compliance for key facilities, such as electrical systems, high-pressure gas, and fire protection systems. Coordinate with fire safety agencies and handle facility-related requests.
- Company Operations & Administrative Support: Manage the procurement and inventory of work uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Perform general administrative tasks for company operations, including utility billing and expense management.
- Practical knowledge of local SHE, fire safety, and environmental regulations.
- Administrative skills for subcontractor safety performance evaluation and document review.
- Understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Experience: Entry-level or up to 3 years of professional experience in SHE-related roles.
- Certifications: Professional certification (e.g., Industrial Safety Engineer, Electrical Engineer) is preferred.
- Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree in safety, Electrical, Environmental, or Health Engineering.
