- This is a new role, reporting to Chief Corporate Planning Officer, to lead all regions/countries across APEC, all business(B2C/B2C/B2B2C) all channels(online/offline/store) and all categories.

Developing and integrating comprehensive and aligned strategic digital and omni-channel marketing plans. Managing marketing budget for all staffing, resources and capital purchases along with the creation of all marketing collateral and sales support tools.

Planning, working across with commercial and other functions and executing marketing strategies to support overall CP Axtra business strategies.

Leading the marketing and digital efforts for multiple shopping approaches to achieve the CP Axtra’s goals. Coordinating, overseeing and implementing all aspects of the marketing and communications plan including, advertising, public relations and special event planning.

Establishing a working relationship with the field teams: Commercial, Customer development, Sales and Store Operations, and agencies/freelancers, media, community leaders and tenants.
- Implementing marketing plans and supervising multiple Marketing team. Must have strong digital experience across multiple channels and be proficient in budget creation and management.
Requirements

At least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field.

15+ years of retail marketing experience in e-commerce. Store experience is preferred.

Capable of working directly with CXOs and managing managing client relationships and cross team co-operation.

Capable of chairmaning all regions/countries across APEC, all business(B2C/B2C/B2B2C) all channels(online/offline/store) and all categories.

Experienced in cross-region digital marketing is a must. Experience in integrated marketing, supply chain, retail and the food industry is preferred.

SEO and PPC experience, certifications preferred.

Strong creative and organizational skills, as well as the ability to evaluate opportunities with a financial focus.

In depth knowledge of market research.

Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices.

Must have breadth of experience across marketing tactics to include online and offline tactics such as email, display advertising, search, webinars, collateral, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords.

Customer-oriented approach with aptitude.

Mature people manager to manage 1st line and 2nd/3rd line team members.
