Manager, Solutions Engineering
Entegris is seeking a Materials Solutions Engineering Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the MSE team at the Korean Technology Center (KTC) and collaborate closely with our customer-facing team (Sales and Fab Technology Engineers), R&D team, Cleanroom team, Quality and Manufacturing Engineer teams to lead the development and transfer of innovative CMP solutions to our customers.
To be successful in this role, you must be a committed person with strong leadership and extensive experience in the area of chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) and semiconductor industry. You will need strong business acumen with strategic and logical thinking skills to lead and influence the solution development strategy within the MSE team and across different global functions.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
A bachelor's degree in a technical subject area (chemistry, material science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or related field) is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
