Assistant Facilities Manager 과장급 (판교 근무)
What this job involves:
The Assistant Facilities Manager will undertake administrative duties that will include but not be limited to:
Management Information reporting
Operational activities such as room set-ups and floor inspections
Vendor oversight including safe work method statements and service validation
Purchasing of material, equipment & supplies
Consumables inventory management
Occupancy services for room bookings and employee registration
Helpdesk services
Reception and visitor management
The Assistant Facilities Manager is also required to provide administrative support to the client’s Workplace Lead.
Providing onsite support
You will be reporting to a JLL Site Lead and your actual daily duties will be subject to guidance from him/her, depending upon the focus of the day. You will be supported in all that you undertake and you will benefit from hands-on training where needed.
Whilst the site administration will absorb much of your time during the work week, an important aspect of your role is to understand the status of the offices and facilities, for which you will often be invited to undertake floor walks with the Site Lead to inspect the condition of the building.
Your role may require you to attend to the reception for visitor ingress and to support and vendor roll-in. You will be trained in the operation of the Vendor Management system and visitor badging.
You will be responsible for booking and managing helpdesk tickets through the helpdesk platform.
You will be working with vendors for the supply of goods and services, receiving and inventorying stationary items, pantry items and spares such as toner cartridges and light bulbs. You will be sure to check all incoming deliveries for accuracy and to document the receipt of such goods. For vendor services, you will confirm the operatives present their Safe Work Method Statements and you will escort them to the area of work, registering the names and attendance hours. You will not be required to inspect and validate their work if the work is speclialised.

You will help to ensure a healthy workplace by inspecting the cleaning activities and discussing any cleanliness concerns with the Cleaning Supervisor.
Also, part of your job scope is to hit key performance indicators and meet service levels required for this role.
