DIMENSIONS
This position has the responsibility for the communication with plant maintenance personnel to support plant manager. The incumbent reports to the local analytical lead who reports to Central Maintenance manager.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Safety activities

Maintain the safety culture by all engineers to possess valid safety passport when they need to work unescorted at site.

Group BSP developed and focus on ownership.

Understands global standards for AP safety operations
Supporting the plant production

Maintenance of analytical equipment.

Analyzing products including BSGS.
-
Making the spare part list and controlling it.
-
Undergoing the inspection of each customer’s audit.
-
Making the analyzer list and controlling it.
-
Final inspection in plant analyzer.
-
Supports installation of the qualification analyzer for production products in the plant.
-
Installation and commissioning support of new process analyzers and analytical systems.
-
Support and train the testing and calibration of the analyzer in the plant.

Supports troubleshooting of the analyzer.
-
Supports vendor-to-plant communication for analyzer inspection and repair.
-
Enact and revise analyzer calibration procedure (distributed and managed using the share site.)

Organize and manage the data and information necessary for the analyzer using Share site.

Supports analysis status verification of the analyzer.
-
Supports supervision for safe work on the installation of analyzers and analytical systems.
-
Review replacement of obsolete analyzer and analytical system.
-
Supports procuring, installing, and analyzing temporary analyzers for urgent analysis.

Training support for analyzer users.
-
Provide analytical training. (training of the analyzer is conducted at the request or planning, and training of at least three persons is conducted on average during one training.)
Supporting GEM
-
Performing the Hazard review to reduce the local safety issue.

Implement Method validation for analytical instruments.
-
Understands AP global engineering standards and studies them to be applied to analytical systems installed.

Provide analytical resources.
-
Give feedback to GEM for operating experience.
Supporting QC/QM

Support by participating as a reviewer in an internal audit of the plants analytical system.tt
Develop Analytical Expertise in Operations

Management of Qualification Analyzer, Laboratory, and tools.

Share information about analytical systems with other departments.

Supports the customer's audit related with analytical systems.

Validation of the analyzer required by the customer.

Review pharmacopoeia and local regulation to support GMP certification.

Gage study execution to support customer requests such as MSA.

Working closely with our key supplier technical relationships on analytical area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

B.S degree in science, mathematics, statistics, or related technical program
-
Good communication skill and corporation with co-works

Acknowledge of gas analysis and instruments
-
Written and spoken English
-
At least 1 year experience in semiconductor gas analysis, troubleshooting of analytical system
