Taking direction from the Finance Specialist, you’ll support key accounting processes, including purchase ledger, cashbook, general ledger, fixed asset register maintenance, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany reconciliation and subledger journal creation.

We’ll look to you to accurately record and process invoices, ensure costs are approved in line with Games Workshop policies and facilitate timely payments to suppliers. In addition to this, you’ll assist with the preparation and submission of agreed compliance and tax returns, ensuring we meet legal and regulatory obligations.

The ideal person will have demonstrable experience working within an accounting team. You’ll have basic knowledge of fixed assets, intercompany reconciliations, accruals and prepayments. Proficiency in Excel, including lookups and pivot tables, is essential. Experience with D365 Finance and accounting software would also be an advantage.
