As a GTM Intern, you'll sit at the intersection of sales and business development for our APAC GTM motion as the first point of contact for inbound interest, with selective outbound to high-value targets. You will read opportunities, size up their business potential, and help prioritize resources on strategic accounts. It's a hands-on role where you'll gain direct experience in enterprise AI sales and BD, working with a team that's built market entry motions across AI and enterprise software. As you build context, you'll gradually step into a more direct role in driving the motion.

Think like a business developer, not just a lead-handler. Assess each opportunity's fit and business potential, then make sharp, well-reasoned calls about which we should pursue.
Own the inbound motion as our first point of contact. Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries, moving the right opportunities forward.
Independently drive lightweight deals from qualification to close. For well-scoped, lighter-weight opportunities, you'll own the process.
Escalate and co-drive larger opportunities with senior sales leadership. For strategic accounts, you'll hand off or co-manage with Account Executives.
Support day-to-day sales operations. Assist with CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and other operational tasks that keep the team running efficiently.
Firsthand experience in the AI industry, working at a high-growth video AI company at an inflection point in the market.
Direct mentorship from industry experts with diverse backgrounds across tech, AI, and go-to-market roles.
Hands-on exposure to enterprise B2B sales and business development in a fast-moving AI startup: from inbound qualification to deal execution across APAC markets.
Exposure to the full GTM stack: CRM tools, sales processes, customer discovery, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams.
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related field. Recent graduates or career changers with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn. Genuine interest in AI/ML technology and enthusiasm for understanding how video AI can transform diverse industries.
Strong communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely in written and verbal communication, adapting your message for different audiences.
Research and analytical abilities. Comfortable conducting independent research to identify target accounts, understand industry trends, and uncover potential use cases for video AI.
Self-motivated and results-oriented. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and consistently achieve goals in fast-paced environments.
Resilience and adaptability. Comfortable with rejection, able to iterate quickly based on feedback, and excited by the challenge of exploring uncharted markets.
Collaborative mindset. Strong team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve shared goals.
Organized and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously, maintain accurate records, and follow through on commitments.
Tech-savvy. Comfortable learning and using sales tools including CRM systems (e.g., Salesloft, Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.), sales engagement platforms, and productivity tools.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and passion for the role are more important than credentials.
Can communicate confidently in Korean; English proficiency is a plus but not required.
