About Us
Headquartered in Seongnam, we're an AI startup building frontier products for global markets. Small team, zero tolerance for mediocrity, moving fast.
How We Work
Skill is the bare minimum. What sets us apart is what comes next.
Product is our north star. Where we're going, what we build, how we define success — all of it flows from the product. Not tech for tech's sake. End-to-end systems that run on a real customer floor and move real business KPIs. That's why we exist.
Technology is what makes the product possible. Making manufacturing and logistics fully autonomous is how we win. Engineering is the center of gravity — everything else exists to serve it.
People are what make the technology and the business real. That's why people come first. The people we hire don't draw lines around their scope or their title. They find the work, close the gaps, and see it through. Ambiguity is room to operate, not a reason to stall. Problems get solved by people who just execute.
We hire people who put the product ahead of ego, title, and turf. If changing their role, ownership, or team structure helps the product win, they change it. No politics. No empire-building. Just what makes the product win.
Speed, speed, speed. We ship, we learn, we ship again — faster than feels comfortable.
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Business who treats our customers' operational sites — manufacturing floors, fulfillment centers, and the facilities where autonomous systems actually run — as their primary workplace, alongside our engineering floor. You'll spend your time on customer sites watching our systems work, sitting with our engineers solving what's broken, and going back to the floor to test the fix. Revenue, P&L, and investor conversations come out of that — not the other way around. The company's direction gets shaped by what you see on the ground, not by what gets decided in a conference room.
This role also takes on Chief of Staff responsibilities — owning the executive-level issues that don't neatly belong to any single function, driving strategic initiatives the CEO would otherwise have to drive alone, and being a thinking partner on decisions that shape the company's direction. Not in a supporting capacity — as an independent operator running these threads end-to-end. We're looking for a fast learner who's more at home on a factory floor than in a boardroom, and who would rather ship one working deployment than write ten strategy memos.
Key Responsibilities
-
Embed deeply at customer operational sites — manufacturing floors, fulfillment centers, and wherever our systems are deployed — observing, operating, testing, and iterating alongside customer operations teams
-
Learn the physical AI stack, robotics systems, and deployment realities well enough to be a real partner to the engineering team, not a translator
-
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering — surface customer-side problems, pressure-test proposed solutions, and validate fixes back in the field
-
Own revenue — pipeline, customer acquisition, deal execution, and the commercial decisions that drive growth
-
Own the P&L — revenue planning, cost structure, unit economics, margin, and the decisions that move the numbers — informed directly by what you see on the ground
-
Lead annual and quarterly budgeting, variance analysis, and resource allocation across functions
-
Run the operating cadence that keeps the company tight — OKRs, cross-functional planning, and the system that turns field learning into company execution
-
Drive strategic initiatives that span functions or don't belong to any single one — the issues that land on the CEO's desk by default unless someone else owns them
-
Own investor relations — investor updates, board materials, KPI reporting, and ongoing dialogue with existing and prospective investors, grounded in real operational detail
-
Lead venture capital operations — investor pipeline, fundraising preparation, term sheet analysis, and round execution support
-
Build the company narrative from the inside out — decks and memos that reflect what's actually happening, not what sounds good
-
Coordinate across Engineering, People Operations, Finance, and Legal on initiatives that span functions
Requirements
-
6+ years of hands-on experience across business, operations, strategy, or equivalent roles — with meaningful time spent in deep tech, hardware, robotics, manufacturing, logistics, or B2B operational environments
-
Demonstrated ability to learn technical domains fast enough to be credible with engineers
-
Direct P&L ownership or equivalent financial accountability experience
-
Comfortable spending significant time on factory floors, fulfillment centers, warehouses, or other operational environments — not occasionally, but as a core part of the job
-
Strong financial and strategic analysis skills — builds the model, writes the memo, makes the call
-
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Korean
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience at a physical AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or frontier hardware company
-
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or industrial automation — as an operator, partner, or customer-facing deployment lead
-
Experience at an early-stage startup (pre-Series B) where the role spanned business, strategy, and customer deployment
-
Prior experience as a GM, Head of Business, business unit owner, or equivalent role with direct revenue and P&L responsibility at a venture-backed startup
-
Direct fundraising experience (Seed, Series A, or later)
-
Experience managing a P&L at the business unit, product line, or company level
-
Experience operating across a US-Korea dual-entity or cross-border structure
-
Engineering, industrial engineering, or operations research background
