The APAC Salesforce & IT Operations Manager serves as the primary leader for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud across the APAC region, while also providing essential oversight of regional IT operations in close partnership with Corporate IT.
This role places a strong emphasis on Salesforce optimization, expansion, and strategic enablement to accelerate Neogen’s commercial growth in APAC, with secondary responsibilities in coordinating critical IT service delivery.
The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, strong business process understanding, and the ability to translate regional needs into scalable, global-aligned solutions—while ensuring core IT operations remain stable and compliant.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Leadership
- Lead complex cross-functional Salesforce projects from requirements through rollout and hypercare.
- Manage backlog, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate sprints aligned to APAC business priorities.
- Serve as the APAC escalation point for all Salesforce-related needs.
Team Leadership
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend adoption to advance APAC commercial execution.
- Ensure that all enhancements align with corporate governance and global architecture direction.
2. Regional IT Operations
- Own the resolution process for regional IT operational crises by engaging global service owners and local partners.
- Maintain visibility of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application issues affecting the region.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage regional business leaders to understand IT operational needs and ensure seamless coordination with corporate IT.
- Provide consolidated updates on IT-related activity affecting APAC.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical mastery of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Advanced business analysis and problem-solving capability

- Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams
- Strong execution discipline and project leadership
- Cultural awareness and collaboration across APAC markets
- Understanding of enterprise IT operations, standards, and governance (secondary)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Product Owner in a global environment
- 3+ years of Salesforce configuration/implementation experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred
- Experience collaborating with IT infrastructure, digital, and security teams is an advantage
- Experience working in APAC markets (Korea, Japan, China, Thailand) preferred
