What You Need to Be Successful
Strong experience in customer-facing solution architecture, presales, technical consulting, or technical project management roles
Experience leading technical workshops, PoCs, solution presentations, and architecture discussions with customers and executive stakeholders
Experience developing solution proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation
Experience designing, deploying, and operating applications in AWS environments
Strong understanding of CI/CD and modern DevOps practices on EKS (Github, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitOps, Helm)
Good exposure to logging and monitoring tools (DataDog, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.) and the ability to position their value to customers
Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, multi-cluster, and multi-account architecture
Experience defining and presenting AIOps, observability, and infrastructure modernization strategies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams in global environments
Experience troubleshooting and guiding resolution for complex production issues and translating them into long-term architecture improvements
