Our Permanent Placement team in South Korea is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading organizations in different industry, contributing to the growth and success of both clients and candidates.
What you will be doing?

Cultivating and maintaining strong client’s relationships while supporting their hiring needs.

Source, engage, and recruit top talent within the specialized sector through various channels

Offering recruitment strategies and solutions/ advice to clients.

Managing candidates and ensuring the most qualified candidates are shortlisted for our clients.

Leading recruitment activities throughout the entire recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation & onboarding.

Collaborating with the team to achieve weekly/ monthly KPIs and targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to provide value-added recruitment services.
