Generate, investigate, and execute quality opportunities within the Customer Value Engagement using all available sources.
To assist in the engagement of third parties worldwide who have been engaged to support or advance the strategy of the anti-piracy and compliance program.
Work closely with the business to ensure that compliance leads are entered into, and maintained in, My Client Engagement (MCE) and DSX.CLIENT Order, in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage, populate, and maintain the EXALEAD License Compliance Case Management System in a timely and accurate manner.
Support and work with the business to ensure that opportunities are created by the relevant responsible person within each Customer Value Engagement, and that they are properly managed in My Client Engagement (MCE) and DSX.CLIENT Order, in a timely and accurate manner.
Investigate those organizations and individuals involved in the distribution of illegal/counterfeit DS products.
Experience in License Compliance or a role that required a focus on analytical and investigative activities
Technical and DS Product Knowledge including Licensing/Contracts preferred.
Experience in legal activities including settlement agreements and enforcement a plus
