Ericsson is seeking a Commercial Manager to shape the commercial future of one of the world’s most advanced telecom markets. In this role, you will influence strategic deals, pricing, business cases, and contractual frameworks - acting as a commercial architect who connects customer priorities, Ericsson strategy, and financial logic into competitive and sustainable outcomes.
Based in Korea, you will play a key role in securing both short- and long-term business, working closely with diverse stakeholders to drive high-quality decisions and winning proposals. You will operate in a fast-evolving environment with high expectations, gaining exposure to senior leadership and contributing to the transformation of commercial management through data, AI, and digital ways of working.
What you will do

Shape commercial strategy and profitable growth

Lead commercial strategy for key opportunities, aligning customer priorities, Ericsson objectives, and long-term value creation.

Develop actionable commercial models and recommendations based on market insights, financial analysis, and customer needs.

Own pricing, business models, and governance

Lead pricing, business case development, and commercial frameworks, ensuring strong lifecycle profitability and value-based decisions.

Ensure full compliance with governance, sales processes, delegation of authority, and commercial policies.

Drive complex deal shaping and negotiations

Partner cross-functionally to build compelling, commercially sound proposals for strategic opportunities.

Support negotiations through clear deal scenarios, trade-off analysis, and risk-balanced positioning.

Modernize commercial management

Leverage AI, analytics, and digital tools to improve speed, quality, and transparency in commercial decisions.

Drive continuous improvement in pricing, governance, risk assessment, and proposal development practices.

Influence across local, regional, and global stakeholders

Act as a trusted commercial advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Communicate complex topics clearly while building strong relationships based on trust, integrity, and professionalism.
The experience and capabilities you bring
Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.

Experience in commercial management, sales, finance, business development, pricing, contract management, or customer-facing commercial roles.

Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Ability to work across functions and geographies in a matrix organization.

Fluency in Korean and English, both spoken and written.
Preferred

Experience in telecom, ICT, cloud, software, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or B2B solution sales.

Experience with complex deal governance, business case development, value-based pricing, or strategic negotiations.

Exposure to Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools, or other digital productivity platforms.
