Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to the team in managing the day-to-day client relationship in all General Merchandise business in Korea (Consumer Electronics/Home Appliances/Office Supplies/Automotive/Sports) , including but not limited to developing detailed client plans for assigned accounts; understanding the client’s organization, internal objectives and business issues; and recognizing data inconsistencies and analytic possibilities for the industry; and preparing and presenting sales, training, and data presentations to clients.
- Build trusted relationships by participating in client interactions, listening to client needs and developing confidence in professional communication.
- Exploring new opportunities from prospects in Korea, develop commercial and account awareness by gaining exposure to contracts, deliverables, quoting and billing processes alongside senior team members.
- Uncovering new product development opportunities by identifying and addressing client needs and maintaining role as internal liaison with related global teams.
- Ensuring overall client satisfaction with service, data application and deliverables by managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
- Partner with account leads and cross-functional departments to drive initiatives which support the sale and delivery of Circana’s solutions.
- Help clients use Circana software by supporting setups, database access, data retrievals and basic troubleshooting
- Proactively search for meaningful trends within Circana’s proprietary data and share findings with both internal and external audiences.
- Problem-solve and maintain relationships with adaptability, urgency, and positivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics or similar preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in a client facing role with a general merchandise industry, market research firm, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective, professional relationships.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet tight and competing deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
- Advanced skills in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent English both in writing and oral communications.
- Passion for software and data technologies, with a technical mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and innovations in the field
- Driven, curious and ambitious mindset with a desire to grow
