Sales Managers at Marvell are vital to helping this company reach its design and revenue goals. They generate business and drive sales by developing opportunities and strategies, implementing sales plans, and managing relationships with new and existing customers.

What You Can Expect

Business Development: Proactively identify and engage directly with new customers and expand existing accounts focusing on design-win opportunities aligned with corporate strategies in AI data center infrastructure, communication, and enterprise markets. Collaborate with BU marketing and FAE teams to define and implement sales strategies. Manage all opportunities accurately and timely in the corporate system with seasoned project management skills from identification to mass production.

Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, BU, other functions internally, and key executives and stakeholders at end customers and distributors.

Distribution Management: Manage regional distribution partners to drive demand creation and sales revenue. Conduct regular business reviews including QBR with each distributor. Keep distributors with the latest sales and marketing collaterals for customers. Collaborate with BU’s and Sales Operations to resolve operational needs.

Sales data analysis and management: Track and manage customer and distribution forecast, inventory, order, pricing, RMA, trade compliance collaborating with Sales Operations. Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or above majored in electronics and electrical engineering, information and communication engineering, optical communication, and/or business and marketing

Minimum 10 years of work experience in sales in the semiconductor and/or data infrastructure industry including AI data center, cloud, communication, and enterprise. Minimum 5 years of semiconductor distribution management or experience at semiconductor distributors preferred.

Strong communication and coordination skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management and other colleagues across functions and with customers

Nimble sense of customer and market dynamics with agility to read and adopt changes in the fast-paced environment working under pressure

Fluent in written and spoken English, able to independently complete English business report writing and cross-regional communication.
