Your Role
In your daily job you will:
- Support manufacturing processes for terminal, rubber, and connector production, including process development, implementation, and optimization.
- Provide technical support to resolve production equipment and process-related issues.
- Lead process validation activities, including equipment qualification, Run & Rate, capability studies, and process verification.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation such as PFMEA, Control Plans, work instructions, and process specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
- Analyze manufacturing data and implement corrective actions to improve process capability and reduce defects.
- Support new product launches, engineering changes, and production transfer activities.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Participate in automation, digitalization, and process innovation projects to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or production engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of terminal, rubber, connector, or automotive component manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Understanding of PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, process capability studies, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience with production equipment validation and continuous improvement activities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Automotive industry experience preferred.
- English communication skills preferred.
