THE ROLE
The eCommerce Supervisor will support the eCommerce Manager in driving commercial performance across both e‑commerce(50%) and offline (Department Store) retail channels(50%). The role focuses on retailer negotiations, sales operations, promotional execution, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure strong business performance and smooth execution in the Korean market.
Key Responsibilities
1. E‑commerce Sales Support
1. Sales Operations Support
Assist in daily sales tracking, order management, and performance reporting.
Ensure accurate data updates and timely issue resolution across platforms.
2. Channel Coordination
Coordinate with key e-commerce partners and marketplaces.(Naver, KKT, Department store online)
Support campaign setup, product listings, and promotional execution.
3. Content & Product Management
Manage PDP updates, pricing accuracy, and promotional information.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across online touchpoints.
4. Inventory & Supply Support
Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning.
Work closely with supply chain to prevent OOS and minimize aging stock.
Input and review S&OP process for eCommerce
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Support data analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
2. Offline Retail Sales Support
1. Sales & Performance Management
Drive sales targets and improve productivity per door.
Monitor sell-in/sell-out, inventory, and identify growth opportunities.
2. Account Management
Build strong partnerships with department store buyers.
Negotiate trading terms, space, and promotional visibility.
3. Retail Execution & Operations
Ensure VM compliance and strong in-store execution.
Oversee door openings, staffing, and stock management.
4. Promotional & Event Planning
Plan seasonal promotions and in-store activations.
Maximize ROI during key department store campaigns.
5. Forecasting & Reporting
Prepare forecasts and manage OTB planning.
Provide regular KPI reporting and business insights.
3. Sales Development, S&OP & Cross-functional Coordination
Support monthly S&OP process inputs across both eCommerce and offline channels; coordinate demand review, supply alignment, and volume consensus in collaboration with Supply Chain and Finance.
Support cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on promotional calendars, launch readiness, and sell-through targets.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities including channel expansion, new door acquisition, and incremental revenue streams; support development of sales proposals and business cases for new account or category growth.
Track and manage OOS risks, aging stock, and launch readiness through regular S&OP cycle reviews; escalate supply-demand gaps with proposed resolution actions.
Track performance KPIs, highlight business opportunities and risks, and prepare monthly business review decks and retailer-facing meeting materials.
4. Administrative & Process Support
Manage internal systems, forms, pricing updates, and promotional documentation.
Support contract management, PO follow‑ups, claims, and settlement processes.
Handle SKU registration, new launch setup, and retailer compliance requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
5-8 years of experience in Department sales, e‑commerce operations, or commercial roles (beauty/FMCG preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation support skills.
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Korean fluency required; English required.
