Job Summary:**
The Technical Application Specialist at Becton Dickinson Korea Limited provides expert technical support and application-specific guidance to customers, ensuring the optimal performance and utilization of BD products. This role acts as a crucial link between customers and BD’s technical and commercial teams.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Deliver comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for BD’s product portfolio, including instruments, reagents, and software, to customers in Korea.
- Conduct product installations, and user training sessions for new and existing customers, ensuring a deep understanding of product features and applications.
- Provide advanced application support, helping customers optimize their workflows, interpret results, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and contribute to the development of tailored solutions.
- Develop and update technical documentation, training materials, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
- Participate in internal and external training programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and technical skills.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications:**
- Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred in Life Sciences, Immunology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience with flow cytometry, cell analysis technologies, or related research applications is highly preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and cross-functional internal teams.
- Business-level English communication skills sufficient for collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
