This is a strong opportunity for a bilingual Korean-English technical professional seeking to build expertise in enterprise SaaS, Salesforce configuration, and the intellectual property domain. You will help clients get more value from IPfolio, solve practical system challenges, and contribute to the success of a growing product used by global IP teams. Due to legal requirements, this position is restricted to Korean citizens living in Korea.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

2–3+ years of experience in a Technical Consultant, Application Support, SaaS Implementation, Salesforce Administrator, or similar client-facing technical role

Hands-on Salesforce administration or configuration experience; Salesforce certification is a strong advantage

Experience translating client requirements into practical system configuration, troubleshooting steps, or process improvements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in information systems, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English, with confidence working with both local clients and global colleagues

Knowledge of intellectual property processes, including patents, trademarks, docketing, renewals, or portfolio management

Interest in AI, automation, analytics, or other emerging technologies that improve client service and operational efficiency

Japanese or Chinese language skills, especially if you have worked with regional clients across APAC
What will you be doing in this role?

Act as a primary technical contact for Korea-based clients using IPfolio, helping them resolve issues and make effective use of the platform

Analyze client questions, reported issues, and configuration requests, then recommend clear and practical solutions

Configure standard IPfolio and Salesforce functionality using declarative tools such as fields, layouts, workflows, permissions, reports, and related settings

Troubleshoot system behavior, document findings, and coordinate with product, engineering, implementation, and support teams when deeper investigation is needed

Guide clients through resolutions in a clear, professional, and culturally appropriate way in both Korean and English

Share knowledge, improve internal documentation, and contribute to consistent service quality across our global IPfolio Premium Services team

About the Team
You will join the IPfolio Premium Services Team, a collaborative and internationally distributed group with colleagues in the United States, Serbia, Austria, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Japan. In this role, you will be the local technical expert for Korea-based clients while also benefiting from the knowledge, mentoring, and support of a global team. You will report directly to the Director, Service Implementation.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position primarily aligned to Korea business hours. Some flexibility will be needed to collaborate with colleagues and clients across APAC, Europe, and North America.
This is a hybrid position, with office-based work expected up to 3 days per week.
