Hospitality Advisory Services 팀 리딩 및 프로젝트 총괄

호텔 개발, 투자, 운영 전략 관련 자문 프로젝트 총괄

호텔 시장 조사, 수요 분석, 포지셔닝, 컨셉 및 개발 전략 수립 총괄
-
호텔 사업성 검토, 재무 분석, 가치 평가, 투자 검토 결과물의 방향 설정 및 품질 검토
-
호텔 운영사 및 브랜드 유치 전략 수립
-
운영사 선정 절차 지원 및 후보 운영사와의 커뮤니케이션
-
호텔 위탁운영계약(HMA), 프랜차이즈 계약, 임대차 계약 등 주요 계약 구조 및 상업 조건 검토 지원
-
국내외 호텔 운영사, 투자자, 개발사, 자산운용사 등과의 네트워크 구축 및 관리
-
클라이언트 커뮤니케이션, 제안서 작성, 프레젠테이션 및 신규 비즈니스 개발
-
팀원 업무 배분, 결과물 품질 관리, 코칭 및 성과 관리
About you
-
호텔/호스피탈리티 자문, 개발, 투자, 운영, 자산관리 또는 관련 컨설팅 업무 경험
-
호텔 시장 조사, 사업성 검토, 운영사 선정, 운영계약 구조, 투자 검토에 대한 높은 이해도
-
호텔 운영사, 브랜드, 투자자, 개발사 등 유관 업계 네트워크 보유자 우대
-
컨설팅 프로젝트 총괄 및 클라이언트 대응 경험
-
팀 리딩 또는 주니어 인력 관리 경험
-
보고서 및 재무 분석 결과물을 검토하고 전략적 방향성을 제시할 수 있는 역량
-
Senior Manager / Director급 이상 또는 이에 준하는 경력
-
영어 커뮤니케이션 및 영문 계약서/자료 검토 가능자 우대
