Director, Cloud Security Sales – South Korea - (26000084)

Radware is seeking an experienced and highly respected cybersecurity sales professional to drive the next phase of our Cloud Security business in South Korea.

Radware has established a strong market presence and trusted reputation in Korea, particularly in DDoS protection. As we continue to expand our Cloud Security business, we are looking for a senior sales professional who can build market momentum, strengthen executive relationships, and accelerate the adoption of our Cloud Security portfolio, including Cloud DDoS Protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), API Security and Bot Protection.

This is a strategic individual contributor role focused on driving growth across enterprise and upper mid-market organizations. The successful candidate will be a business builder with an established network of executive decision makers, CISOs, cybersecurity leaders and strategic partners, capable of creating new opportunities, increasing Radware's market visibility and delivering sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the growth of Radware's Cloud Security business across enterprise and upper mid-market customers in South Korea.
Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security executives and other key business decision makers.
Position Radware as a trusted advisor for Cloud Security solutions, including Cloud DDoS Protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), API Security and Bot Protection.
Increase Radware's visibility and influence within the Korean cybersecurity community through executive engagement, customer meetings, industry events and strategic initiatives.
Develop strategic relationships with system integrators, MSSPs, cloud partners and other key industry partners to expand market reach.
Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and Channel teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Minimum 15 years of enterprise technology sales experience, including extensive experience in cybersecurity.
Proven success selling Cloud Security and cybersecurity solutions into enterprise organizations.
Strong understanding of networking, application security and cloud security technologies.
Demonstrated experience selling Cloud DDoS Protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), API Security, Bot Management or related application security solutions.
Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and winning complex enterprise opportunities.
Well-established relationships with CISOs, senior security leaders and enterprise decision makers across South Korea.
Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Experience working with strategic partners, system integrators and channel organizations.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and passionate about building new business opportunities and long-term customer relationships.
Fluent Korean and business-level English are required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
