The role

Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support and troubleshooting for service outages and performance issues across Azure and on‑premises infrastructure environments.
Inspect the configuration status of key Azure resources (VMs, networks, storage, security groups) and operate/improve them in line with best practices.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft Active Directory accounts, groups, permissions, GPOs, and authentication; propose improvement measures when necessary.
Support operations and resolve issues related to device enrollment, policy deployment, application distribution, and security settings using MDM solutions (e.g., Intune).
Prepare and share technical documentation (KB articles), incident analysis reports, and operational procedures to prevent recurrence and ensure knowledge transfer.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal users to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver technical support services in compliance with SLA commitments.
What we need to see from you
- Hands-on experience in operating and basic design of Azure services such as Virtual Machines (VM), Virtual Networks (VNet), VPN/ExpressRoute, Network Security Groups (NSG), Load Balancers, and Storage.
Skilled in managing AD users, groups, Organizational Units (OU), and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
Understanding and operational experience with AD structure and authentication.
Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar MDM solutions for device enrollment, policy and application deployment, and security configuration management.
Proficient in log analysis within Windows Server/Client environments. (Preferred)
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) (Preferred)
Practical experience using PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting. (Preferred)
