Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled industry and tools experts.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify new service offerings and address evolving customer needs.
Customer Success:
- Collaborate with consultants and cross-functional teams to drive customer success outcomes and foster long-term client relationships.
- Design and implement new and innovative professional service offerings that address evolving customer needs and market trends.
- Partner with sales, pre-sales, and engineering teams to develop consulting business.
Go-to-Market Strategies:
- Define, develop, and implement innovative go-to-market strategies and tools tailored to different customer segments (large, mid-market, small).
Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
- Oversee staff performance within a defined performance management framework.
Business Development & Strategy:
- Develop and maintain strong senior and executive-level relationships with key customer accounts.
- Contribute to the overall sales and service strategy, collaborating with management teams to allocate resources effectively and achieve business objectives.
- Participate in industry events and activities to enhance market visibility and build thought leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in Korea.
A bachelor's degree and 15 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. 5 years management experience is required.

Additional Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership role within the consulting industry, ideally within the engineering or technology sector.
Strong understanding of technical computing and design automation tools and their applications. Prior experience as a user of MathWorks solutions is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good written and spoken English
Travel as required: Travel to customer facilities and MathWorks field offices and subsidiaries up to 30% of the time
