The Business Development Executive , Large Enterprise (LE) is a senior sales position responsible for driving strategic net new client acquisition and expanding Gartner’s footprint within the large enterprise segment. This role focuses on building and nurturing executive-level relationships, identifying and capitalizing on high-value opportunities, and leading complex sales cycles to accelerate growth across a portfolio of the world’s largest organizations.

The LE segment represents Gartner’s most strategic client accounts, spanning the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. LE focuses on organizations with annual revenues typically exceeding $1 billion, including industry leaders and global brands. As part of this high-impact sales organization, you will engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers, delivering insight and value to help them achieve their most critical business priorities.

As a Business Development Executive in LE , you will engage directly with C-level executives and senior leaders at some of Korea’s largest organizations .

What You Will Do:
Build trust-based, value-driven relationships with C-level and executive prospects to uncover their mission-critical priorities and demonstrate how Gartner’s solutions support their success.
Lead consultative conversations and presentations with executive stakeholders to qualify opportunities, showcase Gartner’s capabilities, and close new business.
Collaborate with internal partners across Gartner to deliver impactful client experiences, including executive briefings, solution walkthroughs, and proof of concepts.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, consistently delivering against sales metrics and KPIs.
Achieve and exceed assigned annual sales quotas for your portfolio of large enterprise accounts.
Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through to contract negotiation and close.
What You Will Need:
5+ years of end-to-end B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex, enterprise-level environments—ideally within the IT or professional services sector.
Demonstrated intellect, business acumen, executive presence, and advanced sales expertise.
Extensive experience selling to and influencing C-level executives and senior decision-makers within large organizations.
Competitive drive with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. You set ambitious goals, consistently achieve them, and inspire those around you to excel.
Proven ability to manage and forecast complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with precision.
Willingness to live within a commutable distance to the required office location.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
