The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. Job Description:

Operate data‑driven in‑app advertising and external media campaigns (including Meta and Google co‑marketing) targeting Korean and Japanese sellers to accelerate growth in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Drive performance outcomes by developing platform strategies and optimizing ad spending and efficiency by season and market.
Monitor end‑to‑end performance across markets and channels based on strong performance marketing expertise. Provide data‑driven insights aligned with platform‑level priorities to scale in‑app ad investment, expand KOL collaboration and budgets, and optimize external media ROI.
Establish mid‑ to long‑term strategies for each market using content‑driven marketing solutions such as live commerce, KOL/affiliate marketing, and short‑form video commerce to improve conversion rates and increase content commerce revenue contribution.
Lead a team of specialists in performance marketing, e‑commerce marketing, and ad sales. Manage prioritization, performance evaluation, and capability development to achieve business objectives, while delivering structured, strategic reports and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Oversee communication with internal and external stakeholders. Manage the team responsible for seller‑facing advertising consulting, ensuring alignment on team roles and responsibilities to enhance cross‑functional communication efficiency and operational consistency.

한국·일본 셀러를 대상으로 동남아시아 및 대만 시장을 공략하는 인앱 광고, 외부 (메타 협력 광고, 구글 협력 광고 등) 광고 등을 데이터 기반으로 운영하며 플랫폼 전략, 시즌 및 마켓별에 따른 광고비 및 광고효율에 대한 성과를 창출합니다.
퍼포먼스 마케팅 역량 기반으로 마켓, 매체별 전반의 성과를 모니터링하고, 데이터 기반 인사이트를 통해 플랫폼 차원의 방향성에 맞춰 (인앱 광고비의 증액, KOL과의 협업 증대/광고비의 증액, 외부광고의 효율 최적화를 목표로) 팀을 운영합니다.
라이브커머스, KOL/어필리에이트 마케팅, 숏폼 비디오커머스 등 콘텐츠 기반 마케팅 솔루션을 활용한 마켓별 중장기 방향성 수립을 통해 전환율 및 컨텐츠 커머스의 매출 기여도 상승을 도모합니다.
팀 리딩 및 조직 운영: 퍼포먼스 및 이커머스 마케팅, 광고 영업 전문가로 구성된 팀을 리드하며, 우선순위 설정, 성과 관리, 역량 강화를 통해 비즈니스 목표를 달성합니다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 경영진 및 주요 이해관계자들을 대상으로 핵심 이슈를 구조화한 전략적 보고 및 커뮤니케이션을 진행합니다.
내·외부 이해관계자 커뮤니케이션 총괄: 셀러 대상 광고 컨설팅을 수행하는 팀을 총괄하며, 팀원들의 업무 방향성과 성과를 관리합니다.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content strategy, with regional exposure.
Demonstrated team management experience with leading the team members, setting KPIs, and driving high-performance teams.
Experience in the Beauty industry is a strong plus, but open to candidates with broader category expertise.
Strong capability in content solution development, including livestream, video strategy, influencer marketing, or platform-native content tools.
Track record of campaign planning and execution for cross-border or regional e-commerce.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort in performance dashboards and ROI-focused decision-making.
Bilingual in English and Korean to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region. Japanese proficiency is a plus.
Self-driven, highly organized, and collaborative with a builder’s mindset and passion for growing markets.
Proven leadership capability in developing team members while driving performance and cross-team collaboration.

학사 학위 이상 보유자로, 마케팅 솔루션, 디지털 광고, 미디어 세일즈 또는 유관 분야에서 7년 이상의 경력을 보유하신 분
빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 팀 리딩 경험과 함께 다양한 이해관계자를 조율·관리한 경험을 보유하신 분
디지털 마케팅, 퍼포먼스 마케팅, 광고 생태계 전반에 대한 높은 이해도를 갖추신 분
데이터 기반 마케팅 솔루션을 통해 실질적인 매출 성장을 이끈 경험을 보유하신 분
뛰어난 분석력, 문제 해결 능력, 실행력을 갖추신 분
한국어 및 영어로 원활하고 효과적인 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
주도적으로 업무를 추진하며, 높은 조직력과 협업 역량을 바탕으로 새로운 시장 성장을 만들어가는 데 열정을 가진 분
구성원의 성장을 지원하는 동시에 성과와 조직 간 협업을 이끌 수 있는 리더십을 보유하신 분
