We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join Schneider Electric Korea. In this role, you will support commercial execution, sales governance, order intake management, forecasting, reporting, and data discipline across the business.
You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Global Delivery Operations, Strategy & Commercial Operations, Procurement, and regional stakeholders across Singapore, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan to ensure that business decisions are supported by accurate data, timely follow-up, and strong operational governance.

What will you do?
Operation Support
- Support for order and sales forecast consolidation management

Other administrative reporting data support and coordination with SAP, bFO and other SEK systems.

Support for sales management including backlog and shipment

Support for Payment collection management with deposit checking and deposit collection voucher process

Administrative internal coordination with back offices, i.e., CCC, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Quality etc.
Channel(EcoXpert) Support

Partners information update
-
Support for Channel policy deployment & Partnership contract management

EcoXpert performance management support
-
Incentive program support
-
Support for EcoXpert trainings
Topline(Order & Sales) management
-
Manage topline performance, including historical actuals, landing, and forecasting

Prepare PS Commercial weekly reporting materials (Weekly Landing, Monthly Forecast, and YTD Progress, etc)

Consolidate and maintain RF topline data
-
Support LoB QBR material preparation in collaboration with FBPs
Pipeline Management

Ensure data quality of opportunities in bFO (Salesforce)

Maintain and keep pipeline management data up to date

Coordinate the EA Monthly Pipeline Review
-
Support data and reports for the Annual Marketing & Sales Plan (AMSP)
SIP(Sales Incentive Program) Management

Support goal setting aligned with the annual business strategy & commercial segment

Track quarterly performance and monitor achievement against targets

Coordinate with SCO on SIP administration and performance measurement
Administration & Reporting

Prepare Zone and Country management reports
-
Support cross-functional reporting requirements related to commercial management (OM, O/S, Finance, SCO, etc.)

Prepare various ad hoc reports and analyses
Others

Support commercial activities for the Sales team and BVP

Perform other commercial operations tasks as required
What qualifications will make you successful?
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in Operations or a related function.
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, order intake, forecast, pipeline, and target achievement data.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with CRM / ERP systems such as Salesforce, bFO, SAP, or equivalent business systems is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy, documentation, and follow-up.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced business environment.

Strong communication skills in Korean and English.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Global Delivery Operations, Procurement, and regional stakeholders.
