Primary Goals/Objectives:
Promote Infectious Disease Rapid & POCT products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing sales volume & profits to Laboratory medicine, ER, Pediatric, ENT, and Internal medicine from Univ. Hospital to local clinic.
Responsible for achieving sales goal for the company.
Manage the distributors and their activities of assigned territory, ensuring proper levels of sales effort are maintained with related customers and organizations
Formulate strategy and process for operational success by ensuring sustainable profitable growth and on-time fulfillment
Drive go-to-market transformation with deep understanding of commercial dynamics and environment change to secure sustainable competitiveness in the market
Major Responsibilities:

- Establish own sales goals aligning with company goals

Development of New Channel for Rapid & POCT products

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates sales performance to drive initiatives for improvement.

Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.

Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

Develop clear and effectively written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.

Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Lead process of demand planning and fulfilment for distributors and make improvement if necessary

Implement Performance Excellence program for oneself and subordinates.
- Ensure adequate two-way communication with other departments.

Operate within the constraints of Code of Business Conduct and ensure no violations occur.
Educations:
-
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Good in people management.
- Excellent interpersonal skill required.
- Excellent Written and oral communication skills.

Fluent in both English and local language.
Strategic thinking and excellent execution required.

Background:
-
More than 2- 3 years of sales or marketing experience in diagnostics or related industry
-
Have a working knowledge of the market including trends and issues relating to the diagnostics industry.

Diagnostics sales experience required at a level of Sales Manager or higher.

Have advanced analytical and communication skills and must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent organizational skills and presentation skills beneficial.

Ability to examine business environment and develop/execute in response to market opportunities will be of significant benefit.

Effective knowledge of the regulatory environment in which the business operates.

Capacity to make sound judgements related to the effective management of the company’s resources and personnel.
