Job Overview
As part of the Sales team, this role is responsible for end-to-end order processing and logistics coordination for medical devices, including import and export activities. The incumbent ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment while complying with regulatory, quality, and trade requirements.The position plays a critical role in supporting sales operations and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, distributors, factories, and logistics partners.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
1. Processing Order & Customer Service
Receive, validate, and process customer sales orders in SAP
Ensure accuracy of order details including pricing, product codes, and delivery requirements
Provide timely updates on order status to sales teams, distributors, and customers
Resolve order-related queries, issues, or discrepancies
2. Logistics & Import/Export Coordination
Arrange shipment of goods (air/sea/land) with freight forwarders and logistics providers
Prepare and verify shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, export permits, etc.)
Handle import/export processes, including customs clearance coordination
Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery
3. Procurement & Inventory Support
Generate and manage purchase orders to factories or local vendors
Coordinate stock availability and delivery timelines
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, quality standards, and company SOPs
Support documentation for regulatory or audit requirements
Handle L/C documentation and liaise with banks where applicable
5. Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal stakeholders: Sales, Finance, Service, Supply Chain
Coordinate with external parties: distributors, freight forwarders, 3PLs, suppliers
Ensure smooth communication across cross-functional teams
6. Continuous Improvement
Identify process improvement opportunities in order processing and logistics workflows
Support initiatives to enhance service level and customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, and logistics operations, including import/export handling
Proven hands-on experience with SAP (SD/MM modules preferred) for order processing, logistics coordination, and inventory-related transactions
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare) is highly preferred
Familiarity with Korea import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance requirements is an advantage
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Korean language capability required for local stakeholder coordination
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong proficiency in SAP systems, with the ability to manage end-to-end order processing, logistics transactions, and reporting
Solid understanding of import/export processes, shipping documentation (e.g., invoice, packing list, customs declarations, permits), and logistics coordination
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance accuracy in order processing and documentation
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry, documentation, and compliance-related tasks
Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) and external stakeholders (distributors, forwarders, customers)
Strong customer service mindset with responsiveness and problem-solving capability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Resilient and adaptable, especially in managing urgent or time-sensitive logistics matters

Ensure that all work is conducted in a manner compliant with the Local Safety Regulations and all relevant
country legislation
Use of computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments
May work extended hours during peak business cycles
