PR & Marketing, Merchandising, VMD:
Directs and develops merchandising plans and operational systems to achieve financial objectives . Utilizes sales, research, and trend analytics to develop strategies for merchandise categories and optimize product assortments. Achieve efficient inventory management ensures that popular items are always in stock, reducing lost sales, while also minimizing holding costs.
Responsible for all VMD Korea operations by supervising VMD Manager. (VMD Strategy, Display Creation, Sales and profit drive , and local display initiatives.)
