- Expense, Filling, Voucher 관리
- Corporate Insurance 관리
- 사무실 운영 업무 전반 및 대관 업무
- 사내 행사기획 및 운영 지원
- 사무용품 및 복리후생 지원관리
- 기타 전반적인 총무업무
필수 지원 자격
- 초대졸 (2~3년) 이상
- 1~3년 정도의 총무 유관 업무 경험자
- 엑셀, 워드 등 컴퓨터 활용 능력 및 OA 능력 우수자
- 초급 (Conversational) 이상의 영어 커뮤니케이션 스킬
- 유연한 성격 및 적극적이며 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자
- 원활하고 효율적인 업무 처리 및 시간 관리 능력 보유자
