Key Job Accountabilities
JOB SUMMARY
- Build, manage and develop long-term relationships with customers to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s exposure.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Channel Management
- Define and implement Go-to-Market strategy with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales, etc.)
- Spot new trends and business opportunities on Olive Young, scale up omnichannel avenues, and execute targeted action plans for business expansion
- Analyze and interpret Olive Young sales reports to identify key strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities
- Propose and develop exclusive product sets aligned with Olive Young's annual strategic promotions (e.g., OY Pick, OY Sale), factoring in promotional strategies.
- Prepare and present product proposals to current and prospective customers
- Manage specific sales events by leveraging insights gathered from the marketing department to enhance brand visibility and improve sales performance
PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

- Stays up-to-date with market, consumers& competitors
- Designs sales promotion materials
- Manages intermediate agent relationships

Qualifications
Education
University graduate
Years of experience
5~10 years
Experience
at least 3 years’ experience in the FMCG industry as an Key Account Manager
Language
Fluent in Korean
Preferred communicable in English
Other Skills
Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
