In this role, you'll play a key part in Sales, working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Achieve sales and organizational targets by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Apply marketing policies, procedures, and plans, utilizing sales processes to reach goals.
Efficiently manage sales channels using sales management indicators.
Participate actively in customer management projects to contribute to success.
Execute sales strategies and plans in assigned territories/accounts to achieve quotas.
Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services.
Regularly visit customers/potential customers to promote products and achieve sales targets.
Provide product training to hospital staff (doctors, nurses, technicians).
Manage existing customers and acquire new customers in territory.
Focus selling time and activities on key accounts.
Essential Job Functions
Promote products and procedures to customer staff, developing strong relationships.
Serve multiple large/key accounts in a prescribed territory.
Develop and execute competitive action plans to achieve sales targets.
Acquire product knowledge and become a specialist in the area.
Launch products to target customers through sales promotion activities.
Coordinate professional education activities to enhance healthcare professionals’ knowledge.
Monitor customers’ unmet needs.
Focus on key and new products aligned with company strategy.
Report product complaints instantly and accurately, complying with company policy.
Report market situation and competitor activity accurately to management.
Harmonize with distributor staff through effective communication to develop territory.
Learn and embody company mission and values.
To be successful you will:
University graduate.
Sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
1–7 years total experience preferred.
Effective communication skills (moderate level or above).
Business English speaking.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
