about this team
The team is responsible for the flow of all products to stores and to the hands of our guests (ecom), in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner, ensure the entire operations are in compliance with company policies such as finance, inventory control and accounting, assets protection, data security.
This position is based out of Korea. Reporting to the Asia Fulfillment Senior Manager, this position is to monitor and audit 3rd party logistics supplier’s operating DC performance for digital, omni and retail fulfillment, which includes but not limited to retail and pullback. The person is also responsible for daily fulfillment operation activities connecting with our digital, retail, product, tech and any other relevant parties.
core responsibilities
- Regularly visit KRDC to check the current SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), three times per week, and report the results to manager if there is any misalignment.
- Act as the KRDC capacity control point based on the inventory forecast and business needs.
- Prioritize inbound shipment by sharing priority PO list provided by planning team and create the survey report when there is issue on inbound quantity vs. planned to receive.
- Check retail order quantity, ask 3PL to start the outbound process and pass the special order requested by planning team.
- Random counting against each DC area on weekly cadence.
- Notify any data interface failure issue between WMS and RMS to digital team and lead the communication for ongoing status until reach out to settlement.
- Being a contact point when there is a product issue, checking DC units’ condition with the help of 3PL and sharing the results with product integrity team.
- Having monthly meetings with business partners, digital and retail team, to catch up on the current issue and find a solution to go through.
- Sharing price file on weekly for price update, and acquiring KR WWMT (Why we made this) translation from localization team if there any missed units from factory.
- Other duties and projects may be assigned.
qualifications
- 3- 5 years of proven experience in warehouse operation.
- Apparel retail related fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Secured valid driving license in Korea.
- Good team spirit and proactive personality, hands on position
- Intermediate level of English

work arrangement
In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.
