EU/UK Cosmetic Safety Assessor (CPSR Sign-off Required)
ACE Clinical Research Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Cosmetic Safety Assessor who can independently perform cosmetic safety assessments and sign CPSRs for the EU/UK markets.
Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in South Korea or willing to relocate to South Korea.
Candidates currently based overseas may also apply if they are willing to relocate to South Korea. Visa sponsorship/support may be considered for eligible candidates depending on the agreed employment arrangement.
The working arrangement may be on-site, hybrid, part-time, freelance, project-based, or contract-based depending on the candidate’s experience, availability, scope of work, and business needs. Remote arrangements may be considered in exceptional cases for highly qualified candidates.
Attendance at ACE Clinical Research Co., Ltd.’s head office in South Korea may be required depending on the agreed working arrangement. On-site work does not necessarily require full-time employment; working days, hours, and office attendance frequency will be discussed with the selected candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic product and ingredient safety assessments.
- Prepare, review, and sign CPSRs, including CPSR Part B.
- Prepare, review, and maintain Product Information Files (PIFs).
- Conduct toxicological, exposure, and Margin of Safety (MoS) assessments.
- Review formulations and supporting safety documentation for EU/UK compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience working as a Cosmetic Safety Assessor.
- Previous hands-on CPSR preparation and CPSR Part B sign-off experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on PIF preparation and management experience is mandatory.
- Must currently meet the applicable qualification requirements to independently work and sign as a Cosmetic Safety Assessor for the relevant EU/UK market(s).
- Strong knowledge of EU/UK cosmetic regulations, cosmetic toxicology, ingredient safety, exposure assessment, and MoS.
- Ability to work independently and begin performing Safety Assessor responsibilities without additional training.
- Ability to communicate and prepare professional safety/regulatory documentation in English.
Candidates without direct Cosmetic Safety Assessor experience or CPSR sign-off experience will not be considered.
