What You'll Do
As a Summer Associate at BCG, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career—at BCG and beyond. You’ll harness your expertise to drive projects, and learn how to guide strategic decisions under the leadership of BCG consultants. This role is an 8-week internship programme beginning in June 2027 that provides practical insight in the world of management consulting.
What You'll Bring

Students who are expected to graduate with a bachelor’s or a non-MBA master’s degree from a U.S.-based university with graduation dates between December 2027 – August 2028 are welcome to apply.

For male Korean nationals, have completed or be exempt from mandatory military service

Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills

Fluency in Korean and English is highly preferred
