Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Product Specialist to join our Thermo Chemical Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our strategic product portfolio in South Korea. You will play a key role in driving business development, building customer relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities

Provide technical consultation and application support to customers to increase awareness and drive adoption of Thermo Chemical brands including Alfa Aesar, Acros Organics, Fisher Chemical, and Fisher BioReagents.

Critical role to drive CAT/Bulk execution strategy and strengthen market penetration from R and D to Scale-up across key segments.

Responsible for developing CAT application-based customer solutions, supporting technical engagement, and accelerating conversion from CAT to Bulk opportunities.

Expected to lead strategic collaboration with Sales representatives to expand pipeline and drive sustainable growth in Research, Academy, and Industry segments.

Develop in-depth technical knowledge on anchoring technology products

Capture new opportunities to develop leads and sell a wide portfolio of products and services

Drive sales activities to meet or exceed revenue goals

Manage market performance and develop presentations and proposals

Prospect for new opportunities and actively managing target customers

Travel as required (50% or more)

Cross-functional Collaboration / Marketing & Demand Generation Support / Market Intelligence & Business Insights
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related field; or equivalent knowledge and industry/functional experience (over 5 years)

Strong technical chemical knowledge and experience in Chemical Industry, Bulk/Catalog Project work

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and customer requirements

Proficiency in understanding and analyzing technical and market information

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills (Power BI, Sales Force etc)

Proficient in English communication and presentation
