Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Supervision & Local Operations (35%)
Naver Ecosystem: Supervise daily execution of TP (Edmart) on Naver Brand Store / Smart Store. Audit product listing, Product Detail Page (PDP) quality, SEO tags, and price integrity. Review Naver Biz Advisor data weekly, and translate insights into actionable feedback for TP.
Coupang: Monitor performance of the brand's self-operated store, ensure brand guidelines and pricing strategy remain consistent across all platforms.
Platform Relations: Serve as the local contact to maintain relationships with Naver Beauty Category Manager and Coupang Category Manager.
Cross-department Coordination: Liaise between Seoul and Shanghai visual teams to ensure Korean copy and local aesthetic standards meet requirements.
2. KOL & Creator Marketing (45%)
Agency Management: End-to-end management of the KOL/MCN Agency. Review influencer shortlists, approve campaign briefs, and audit content scripts/videos/blog posts to ensure brand message consistency.
Campaign Execution: Manage content brief with proper brand positioning, sample dispatch, campaign timelines, and deliverable tracking. Ensure KOL content correctly links to the Naver Store and Coupang brand shop.
Performance Tracking: Own ROI/ROAS tracking for every KOL activation. Consolidate reach, engagement, CTR, and attributed sales into a weekly report for APAC leadership.
Social Commerce Activation (Influencer-Driven Exclusive Promotions): Collaborate with mid-tier and micro-influencers to launch curated, time-sensitive promotional campaigns, effectively driving high-converting traffic to Naver and Coupang
Beyond tracking conversion sales and ROI/ROAS, focus on reinforcing brand positioning through high-quality content and report on the qualitative marketing impacts that cannot be measured by numbers alone
3. Data, Reporting & Strategy Support (20%)
Weekly Business Report: Consolidate data from Naver, Coupang, and KOL campaigns into a one-page weekly report for the APAC team.
Sales Event Support: From a local operations and marketing perspective, support major sales moments (Black Friday, year-end, brand anniversary) in planning and execution.
Marketing Impact Report: Establish a comprehensive reporting framework that balances quantitative ROI/ROAS metrics with qualitative brand impacts, highlighting how marketing activation strengthen overall brand equity and share of voice
Market Intelligence: Continuously feed back to the team on local competitor movements, emerging KOL content trends, and shifts in the Korean beauty-device category.
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
Industry background: Experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or consumer electronics preferred.
Naver E-commerce mastery: Deep familiarity with the Naver Smart Store / Brand Store ecosystem, Naver Blog/Cafe culture, and Naver Shopping Live. Able to read Naver Biz Advisor reports and know what "good" looks like.
Proven track record of successfully handling and managing external marketing/KOL agencies
KOL marketing experience: Proven track record managing influencer campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, and Naver Blog. Understands Korean consumer psychology and knows what content feels "authentic" vs. "too much like an ad."
Bilingual: Native Korean + business-level English or Chinese (written and spoken). Daily communication with the APAC international team is required.
Data sensitivity: Proficient in Excel; comfortable navigating e-commerce backend data and turning numbers into a clear narrative.
Nice-to-haves:
Prior experience working at a TP (third-party operator) or e-commerce agency.
Familiarity with Naver or Coupang seller back-ends and advertising tools.
Existing network of Korean beauty / lifestyle KOLs or MCNs.
Strong preference for candidates with dual experience in both In-house brand teams and Agencies
Live-streaming e-commerce coordination experience.
