Job Summary
The Marketing Communications Specialist plays a key role in planning and executing integrated marketing communication programs across sub-regions. This role supports demand generation, brand positioning, and customer engagement by delivering consistent, high-quality communication initiatives aligned with business priorities. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective campaign execution and market impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead integrated marketing campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including demand generation programs, tradeshows, roadshows, conferences, seminars, webinars, training sessions, and customer engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Develop and localize marketing assets: Coordinate the creation and adaptation of brochures, case studies, videos, and digital tools to support regional and global marketing strategies.

Ensure consistent messaging: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communication strategies with brand positioning and business priorities across markets.

Manage project execution: Oversee multiple marketing projects across sub-regions, ensuring alignment on timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

Support on-site activities: Provide event and campaign execution support to ensure high-quality delivery and positive customer experience.

Coordinate external partners: Manage agencies and vendors for creative development, production, and execution of marketing initiatives.
What Helps You Succeed in This Role
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.

Experience in marketing communications, campaign execution, or project management within a B2B environment.

Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions, and cultures.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution discipline.

Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred:

Proficiency in Korean (native or business-level proficiency) with strong attention to language accuracy.

Experience working with external agencies or vendors.
