1. Position - FCG Defense Sales Engineer (FCG: Fluid Connector Group) 2. Position Summary - Responsible for maintaining/increasing sales volumeand margin with existing and new accounts within the OEM channels. - Accountable for executing assigned sales goals andsales plans within designated customers and/or within a designated salesterritory. - Actively support the corporation's Win Strategy. - Proactively works with divisional management andrelated support departments to ensure on time customer service needs are met orexceeded. - Represents company at trade shows and otherprofessional activities. 3. Responsibilities - Develops and maintains strong client relationshipswith Defense Market OEM customers. - Ensures Parker Fluid Connector products arespecified to maintain and increase revenue by prioritizing the opportunities onan account-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales and margin results. - Develop and maintain comprehensive technicalknowledge of FCG group/ FCK divisional products, applications, features,advantages, and benefits. Keeps up with internal and external training anddevelopment. - Understanding the standard cost and quotation forOEM - Obtain specifications and approvals at engineeringfirms, major accounts. - Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge ofcompetitive products and their activity in the marketplace and provide reports,on a regular and/or monthly basis. - Participates in the development and implementationof appropriate response strategies. Identify new business opportunities. - Provide product training at the customer levels. - Assist in the conversion of competitive accounts toParker. 4.
