- Management of project workstreams.
- Cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, divisional and regional product management, and service.
- Global stakeholder engagement; travel flexibility required.
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
- Recognized Project/Programme Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM PMQ) or equivalent experience is recommended but not necessary.
- Working in global team environments.
- Familiarity with PCP.
- Good understanding of Project planning, resource and risk management, budget control.
- Strong communication skills, Written and Verbal Fluency in English is plus.
- Commercial awareness, Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
- Plan, Support and coordinate the delivery of NPI projects ($5–10M+), ensuring adherence to agreed specifications, timescales, and budgets.
- Coordinate and Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams (typically 10–30 members).
- Develop and maintain cross-functional project plans (WBS), resource allocation, and scheduling of assigned project (s).
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; maintain RAID logs.
- Ensure compliance with PCP, company standards, and external regulations.
- Report any impact on project budgets, costs, and business cases.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
- A successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the complete workstream of Field Trial Management of Genesis Programme as an initial workstream management.
