The Job:
As a EHS specialist , you’ll be part of our Admin team working as a on-site employee in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
You’ll get to:
EHS (Office / Logistics & External Partner-Focused)
- Support office EHS operations (routine inspections, tracking corrective actions, maintaining records and documentation).
- Support emergency response readiness (evacuation guidance, drill coordination, emergency supplies checks).
- Manage incident and near-miss reporting and follow-up actions, including basic root cause analysis (RCA).
- Support EHS communication with external partners (building management office, facility/cleaning/security vendors, 3PL providers, etc.).
- Support EHS-related training and awareness campaigns (safety, health, environmental awareness).
ESG
- Support collection, organization, and validation of ESG metric data (primarily operational data such as energy, waste, safety indicators, etc.).
- Prepare materials and manage request history for customer/HQ/external requests (questionnaires, assessments, document requests).
- Support preparation of internal ESG reporting materials (monthly/quarterly).
Admin (Operations Support) / IT Support
- Provide operational support for office supplies, assets, and facilities, coordinating with external vendors/partners as needed.
- Support purchasing, settlement, and documentation processes, including cost processing/journal support and evidence management in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Manage corporate vehicle operations (assignment, usage history, periodic inspections, insurance, and related administration).
Manage end-to-end workflows for office supplies and business cards (request intake ordering- distribution), including inventory and history tracking.
- Maintain IT asset records (laptops/monitors/mobile devices), support new-hire device setup, follow up on IT issues with HQ/overseas IT, and support team documentation/meeting operations.

- Experience supporting office EHS (occupational safety & health / environmental management) or working with building/facility partners.
- Experience managing or coordinating with 3PL/logistics partners (operational communication, inspections, corrective action follow-up).
- Experience responding to ESG surveys/assessments and collecting/validating ESG-related data.
- Relevant certifications or training (Safety/Health/Environment, ISO 14001/45001, etc.).
